A full week for young athletes who want to improve their jiu-jitsu and competition skills. Focus on technical development, drilling, positional training, strategy, live rounds, and building winning habits.

The 5-Day Camp

EVERY DAY BUILDS
THE NEXT ONE.

A progressive week designed to sharpen technique, build confidence, and finish with real competition reps. Full daily breakdown released closer to camp.

DAY 1
Foundation
Cover the competition fundamentals we'll build on all week and set the tone for the camp.
DAY 2
Build
Layer new concepts on top of Day 1. Technical drilling with real resistance.
DAY 3
Sharpen
Positional training under pressure. Everything gets faster and more precise.
DAY 4
Test
Live rounds and situational sparring. Put the week together against motivated peers.
DAY 5
Review & Compete
We'll review all the techniques and concepts we saw throughout the week and close out with our Quintet-style in-house competition.

Questions Parents Ask

QUICK ANSWERS.

Is this appropriate for my kid if they've never competed?+

Yes, as long as they train regularly and are motivated to improve. We split rounds by size and level. Most kids finish the week having done their first real match reps.

What if my kid trains at another academy?+

Perfect. Cross-training with new partners is exactly what accelerates growth. Kids from any academy are welcome. Bring your gi and no-gi gear.

Can they come for just one day?+

Yes. Single-day drop-ins are $75, subject to availability after full-week registrants are placed.

How do I pay?+

Interac e-Transfer to amine.b95@hotmail.com. Fill out the form below, send the transfer, and your spot is officially secured the moment payment lands. Payment in person at Triangle Nation is also accepted.

Is extended daycare available?+

Yes. Before or after regular hours (9AM to 3PM) at an additional cost. Note it in the form and we'll follow up.

Sibling discount?+

Yes. 20% off each additional sibling from the same family. Discounts do not stack with the early-bird 10%. We apply whichever gives you the bigger saving.
